Did you know you can give away free domain registrations?
WHAT?! NO WAY!
Not many people are aware of this promotion, but it has been active ever since we started our register domains with NP$ program (which has been huge success by the way).
How does it work?
Simple. All you have to do is submit a lot to the live auction queue containing 1 or more domains registered at RegisterBird.com. If that lot sells during the live auction, the winner of the lot will get 1 free domain registration valued at $7.98 or lower at RegisterBird.com's Star Program.
How does this benefit me?
You are allowed to mention in your lot description that the winner will get a credit for 1 free domain registration at RegisterBird.com's Star Program valued at $7.98. Doing so should increase the value of that lot and will earn you a little extra money in return.
How does the winner claim their reward?
Have the winner create a RegisterBird.com Star Program account so that you can push the domain to the new owner. Once the domain has been pushed, have the winner open a ticket at
http://support.registerbird.com
referencing this promotion, the domain(s) that they won, and the date of the auction. We will then confirm a few things and then credit their account for the appropriate amount.
The winner has 21 days after the auction date to submit a ticket requesting their promotional credit. MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS!
